Are you having technical difficulties?
Colony Survival is fairly bug-free but sometimes, technical problems do happen. Most glitches and problems are resolved quickly by reloading the world. Exit to the main menu, and load your savegame again. If that doesn’t help, rebooting also does wonders.
If that doesn’t solve the problem, there is a more complicated solution.
Right-click Colony Survival in the Steam Library, click Properties and go to Installed Files. Press Verify integrity of game files. That should restore the game to the proper configuration.
If that doesn’t work either, in very rare cases you might benefit from fully deinstalling and reinstalling the game.
